Engine Misfire
I got the dreaded blinking CEL. I scanned the ECU at autozone and it said I was misfiring in 1,2,3,4. I pulled the plugs and they looked fine...after that I did a compression test and got these results
#1(first one outwards)190 <-due to the first time I dropped a valve which was fixed
#2 250
#3 250
#4 250
Once everything was put back together I started her up and started to idle really low...after I drove it around for a while it ran fine but the cel still blinked so I parked it at my dads house and left it. What should I do now?
Info on the car
2001
69k
dropped a valve about 6000 miles ago, $4000 in damage(dealer covered)
new clutch 800 miles ago

No, I don't, but my guess it's suppose to be high since it's a high compression motor?? I'm used to working on DSMs so I'm not sure on the numbers if someone can enlighten me that would be great.

Spark plugs are fine, a little tanish on top.
I whacked the map sensor and zipped it, same problem occurs. Fuel injectors? Should I just pull the valve cover to check the retainers? I just started thinking when I did my clutch change I had the motor tilting against the firewall a little if I remember correctly the two sensors on the valve cover were touching the firewall maybe I destroyed one of them?
ALSO!! last night I topped my gas tank to the max, maybe a little over, could this of caused something?

check for spark. take one of the plugs out and ground it somewhere in the engine and crank it. see if you have a good spark across the electrode.
did it just start happening or have you noticed a decrease in performance?

performance has stayed the same as far as I know, it's been smoking(white blue oil) a tiny bit when I come to a stop sometimes though I didn't think much of it I just guessed thats where my quart of oil I put in every 2k goes heh

sorry i have owned my car for 2 weeks and did all the fluids a week ago, so i'm not sure how much oil it uses between changes... but man that seems kinda high for a honda engine(i've owned many hondas and was an acura tech for 2.5 years)
can you do the quick ignition check and come back with the results?
