Engine leaking oil?
A mechanic told me the 2 cylinders in the back (near the driver) have some evidence of oil leaking out (which he showed me).
Is that a bad thing? He recommended a valve adjustment and change spark plugs o.o

Neither a valve adjustment or a spark plug change will fix a oil leak.
Did he show you where the leak was coming from?
If the leak is coming from the valve cover gasket, the gasket needs to be replaced. At the same time the valve cover is removed a valve adjustment and spark plugs can be done.

Valve cover gaskets are a few bucks, and can be done in 10 minutes with no prior mechanical knowledge.
The back two cylinders just HAPPEN to be where the oil fil is....my guess, is that on a previous oil change, someone spilled some oil, and didnt clean it up.
He knows it, and thinks he can scare you into paying labor for 2 unrelated things......
Wipe the oil off of said locations, put a piece of cardboard or newspaper under your car over night, if you have fresh oil drips in the morning, proceed further. Find out where the oil is coming from, if it IS the Valve cover, you can easily do it yourself, and for a few bucks. If its coming from the head, you may want to have a professional help you out at this point.
When dealing with mechanics you have to be aware that 80+% of them WANT to and WILL screw you out of money.
Be careful, and get a second opinion from a friend or family member if possible.
