Engine knocking at idle only when warm

i think i have the "knock" too, i hear when the car is warmed up and ideling. i think its normal because there was another AP1 that was doing the same thing.

Yea I don't know. It just really bothers me. I'm gonna pull the valve cover off and make sure a rocker isn't loose

<------- gots the knock also. When im on the highway and i'm giving it about 1/4 amount of throttle i heard it, but if i go about half or more I dont hear the knocking... As for at idle, once I rev it goes away as well. but idk. its annoying tho

I hear some ticker-tack when the engine is real cold, goes away real quick.. A soundclip would go a long way

I think a good way to see if its a rod bearing is to unplug a coil pack or injector while its running to see if teh sound chages on a certain cylinder. If its a rod bearing a lot of times the knock will change or go away due to it not firing on that cylinder.

It's not a rod knock. I've done that test and nothing happens plus it has brand new oem rod and main bearings.
