Yeah it was only making the sound for like 100 miles haha. My commute is less than a mile to work so it's not a killer that it's down now. Any sites to find a new long block? Or just search the internet haha

I'm going to have a freshly rebuilt 04-05 Engine and Transmission for sale here shortly. Complete with all wiring, accessories, and tons of brand new components, including a full OEM clutch with AP1 Flywheel. Shipping is Available.

Oh wow that sounds perfect, it doesn't matter that mine is an 03 since the flywheel is AP1?

You can run an 04-05 AP2 2.2L motor in your car on your stock ECU if you really want to. The proper thing to do would be to change out your ECU for an 04-05 unit to protect the motor and prevent you from revving to 9K RPM.

Flywheel is irrelevant as you'd be getting the whole swap....Engine, Transmission, Harness, Accessories, etc. I could work on the pricing a little if you wanted to keep your transmission and NOT upgrade to AP2 and if you didnt want the Alternator, Starter, and Compressor from this engine.

Yeah I'd probably just upgrade the transmission while I'm at it no sense in not.
Also I have an AEM EMS Series 2 P/N 30-6052 I could probably just get that tuned to the engine instead of buying another ECU right?

Correct. That'd be a perfect option. This swap even includes the OEM header and Primary O2, so you'll have the proper O2 sensor for that motor as well. Just let me know.
