Engine hydrolock from rain/puddle

if the motor isn't complete seized, does it still consider to be hydrolock
did it for a a friend on the side of freeway 10 during a down pour during socal rush hour. there's around 10 drivers cussed at us, gave us dirty looks and flip us off.
but we probably set the traffic back for couple miles back

For the record, both cars that were saved did not need an oil change.

Yup. Fairly common dirt-bike stuff to be really honest. You just have to be sure to do it sooner than later. We've blasted some penetrating oil in there as a "just in case" for the rings after clearing water out before.
There's a video floating around youtube of a Celica with it's plugs out, shooting water several feet into the air while cranking..hehe.
