Default engine ground cable help

I am finishing up an Engine swap on my ap1. I was finishing up the wiring and plumbing on the driver side today and I noticed there was 2 ground cables attached to the engine block. I know one is for the chassis ground but what about the other one? Maybe an extra cable left from the previous owner of the engine? I don't remember where this goes to. thank you in advance.

There is a rectangular block sticking out of the engine, with two small threaded holes. It goes in one of those spots.

The second spot is for a short ground cable that comes from the subframe.

Look at the pic, it and the subframe are already attached(other end of what they are holding).

I think they are asking what the end NOT on the block goes to.

There is a grounding point on the frame between abs pump and brake master cylinder.
I think this could be the correct location.

OH yes thank you! so after further inspection found the grounding point you mentioned but found a ground already attached. After following it I found the other end tucked under the brake booster. So I'm assuming that end goes to the block where the other loose strap is? also I appreciate all the help! thank you guys.
