So went checking and I'm not sure if it's the heat shielding.
I took another video, maybe you can hear it better:

However I found the following cracks in the Heatshielding:

What's the best way I can verify that it's the shielding?

Take off the heat shield and see if the rattle persist? When heatshield is off, look at the header for crack? Seems common sense enough for me.
But my wife is the same thing so go figure. LOL

I brought the car to a local mechanic shortly after this and let him hear the sound. We were able to locate the sound coming internally from the front of the Engine, probably Timing Chain located.
He told me it was probably overkill to open up the whole engine, since it was only a tapping sound.

Today, when I started her up, it was a very cold morning, I didn't immediately notice any particular sound. However I noticed there was something not running smoothly and I initially thought I might have a flat or low air pressure in a tire.
Then I went to the engine bay only to discover the following, horrible, horrible sound:

I'm guessing my Timing Chain is telling me it's about to let go. Any other suggestions what it could be?
I'm bringing her to the mechanic at Monday, because unfortunately he has no free spot earlier.

I hope she'll be ok

That doesn't sound timing chain related.

The noise like a card in bike spokes is the TCT

my tensioner bearing was going bad and made a faint noise.

There are no chain noises in those videos.

What other noise could it be?

I uploaded a video where the sound is easier to make out:
At 2:07 - 2:09 you can hear a grinding noise, which is the one I am referring to.
I'm also assuming my engine is ticking a little louder than it should, that could be an indication for a failing TCT? I replaced my OEM TCT back in 2016 with a Ballade Sports unit and have put about 40k km (about 25k miles) on it since then.

I thought I might give a quick update.
Today I brought the car to the mechanic which is about 20 km or 13 miles away from my home. I started her up and let her idle for about 10 min before starting and I was already able to notice a slight difference for the better after letting her warm up.
When I arrived at the mechanic the noise was mostly gone, I just feel like I still hear the classic TCT noise coming from the engine. But otherwise no particular grinding or rattle.

So now he will remove the Valve Cover and probably the Oil Pan too to investigate the Timing Chain (and tensioner) for the cause. If the TCT from Ballade Sports failed, I'll probably be replacing TCT, chain and chain guides with new OEM parts.
He already told me that I'll have to wait a few days before he'll be able to check out the noise, so it will take some time before I'll know for sure.
