Engine grinding/rattling noise at 4500 RPM
Hi guys,
I'm a little worried about this noise I've just recently started hearing. A bit of background first:
I had the car in storage since November, and started using it since last week when I replaced the Brake Pads.
Before the winter storage I had my Clutch replaced and in Summer I did a Shifter regrease. Somewhen between April and August last year I also had the Valves adjusted, and if I remember correctly the mechanic inspected the chain and said it was all good.
However I'm now hearing this grinding noise at almost exactly 4500 RPM and I'm a little worried. It kicks in at exactly 4500 and I feel like it's even more prominent on deceleration.
I also feel like it's louder when in 1st or 2nd gear, but that could just be subjective.
Here's the video:
You can see that I am standing still, this is how it sounds when I'm in neutral without pressing the clutch.
What do you guys think? I've read that it could be the heat shielding coming loose, but I've checked the bolts and they seem to be fixed in place and are not wobbling.
Anything I should check?
Thanks!

Hopefully flywheel bolts were bolted nicely. Are you having trouble putting in gear? I only know because same happened to me. Luckily no damage minus 2 shaved/trimmed flywheel bolts from them rubbing on the clutch disc rivets. LESSON LEARNED TO NEXT TIME MAKE SURE ALL FLYWHEEL BOLTS ARE TIGHT

Oh dear, I sure hope it's not that. But I'll assume the mechanic has torqued everything down to spec.
The shop is handling lots of Evos and Lancia Delta Integrales as well, so I'm kinda trusting them.
However I also feel like I would actually hear this below 4500 RPM as well...

Is the replacement clutch OEM or aftermarket?

It's an OEM clutch. I specifically searched for the part numbers of the OEM clutch kit that eliminates the clutch buzz for AP1 models, because I had an aftermarket (RPC) clutch before and the clutch buzz was making me go crazy.
I've read several posts saying that it could be the cat as well, could that be on such a specific rev-range?

Sure. It could be exhaust related. Wouldn't know how to fix that.
