Engine/Exhaust Noise

Engine/Exhaust Noise
Changed the oil last weekend, went out for a drive this evening, got home and noticed a new noise coming from the engine bay/exhaust area. It's most noticeable standing next to the right hand side door, and it's not as loud as the video depicts it to be. I can't really hear it above idle, but that might just be due to the low volume of the noise. 77000mi, completely stock, as far as I know it's not had a TCT replacement, or any other major engine work.
I'm hoping it's exhaust, but any advice welcome...

What else is going on? This noise is not the result of an oil change unless you neglected to put oil in the engine. Mechanical not exhaust to my ears.

Nothing else really - car drives completely fine. I ran through a few things last night...
- All plugs looked fine and were torqued to spec
- Pulled each injector separately for a few seconds, noise didn't change between cylinders
- Ran the engine with the accessory belt off, noise still there
- Oil level all fine, filter still torqued down after the change at the weekend
- Noise present with clutch in or clutch out
- Pulled the VTEC solenoid to look for metal, nothing in the little shower screen
- Tried to see if anything was rattling (heat shields etc) and couldn't find anything that seemed to be the culprit

Since you were able to do all those tasks you ruled out, and knew to do them, you're fully capable of valve adjustment. Might need a couple new tools is all.
