I'm installing Cyberdyne gauges and the directions for the oil pressure gauge say that the gauge must be grounded to a "GOOD ENGINE BLOCK GROUND"
Does this mean I have to run a ground wire from the cabin to the intake manifold or can I simply ground it to the frame?

Your sender is most likely screwed either directly into the engine block or indirectly via a flex hose. In either case, it will automatically be grounded. No need to worry about this any further.
Your actual gauge inside the car will likely need a power feed, an illumination feed and a ground. This ground can be on any ground connection under the dash. There's one just above the fuse panel on the frame. It's the one with a large bolt and an "octopus" of black wires going to it. Just "T" into any of those black wires.

Ya, that's where I have my wideband grounded to. I was just concerned when I read the directions and they said the actual oil pressure gauge had to be connected to an ENGINE BLOCK GROUND underlined and in capitals:
Oil PressureGauge
2. Black wire connects to engine block ground. (NOTE: Ground wire from gauge must be connected to a good engine block ground for gauge to work properly!)
The boost gauge doesn't even show that it has to be grounded which really confuses me..
