Engine bay ticking

Engine bay ticking
So, I had this problem about a month ago before I went on leave and I sent a video to a couple of friends and they assured me it was my TCT. I bought one while I was home and when I returned to California yesterday I replaced the TCT, the noise however did not stop. The noise completely goes away at 4k+ RPM.. so at this point I'm thinking a pulley?

Definitely sounds like a pulley.
Replace the bearings with this part
SKF 6203 2RSJEM, the bearing is good for 12,000 rpm. Alternately you can use a hybrid ceramic 6203 and the bearing will outlast the car.
Notes:
Drive out old bearings with a hammer and a socket, doesn't matter if you use the inner race as the bearing is being replaced. When you install the new ones(tensioner and idler might as well do them in one shot) be careful with the tensioner pulley. If you try to install the bearing without properly supporting the tensioner pulley you have a high chance of cracking the edge lip. Support the pulley by the thickest part and not the edge. Tap in bearing with a hammer and a socket that fits on the outer race or outside edge of the bearing.
*A decent read if you're in the mood for bearing geekery.
