engine acts as if it wants to stall....
ok heres the deal, my motors rpms drop to about 200rpms and shakes like its going to stall then goesback up to 900. also, sometimes i give it a little rev to about 2K and it will do the same thing. any body know whats up w/ this or had this happen to them? my car is a stock 03-
any help would be greatly appreciated-marcus

When your driving environment changes (usually when it gets a bit hotter outside), your ECU has a bit of a brain fart. It needs to "learn" the existing conditions. This may take a few driving cycles for it to adapt. Try NOT to "help" it by giving it gas. This only confuses the ECU and will take it longer to learn. Let it have a few near death experiences. In time, it will "smarten up".
NOTE: This is assuming that something has not broken or failed on your car. You will know this if the car will not learn after a few driving cycles.

yeah the car drives fine and then for instance if i get off the fwy it will do its little attitude problem sometimes or 5 mim after staring it it will do this. i have had no problems w/ the car so far and theres only 10000 miles on it s i assumed it was what you told me x.

Mine started to do this last year. I now have the Check Engine Light on and it stalls more often than not.
Something has died. I'm trying to get the blink codes out but the diagnostic pinning is different on the UK cars!

Check your plugs. Even if you THINK theyre good, check your plugs. Mine did that, I checked the plugs and they werent totally gone but almost. So I went ahead and changed them and problem solved.
