Eibach springs finger gaps? bef/aft PICS ADDED
I recently installed some used Eibach springs on the stock shocks now have around a tight 2 finger gap up front (which is nice), but the rear's got a 3 finger gap. Seems a little strange to me, almost stock in the rear.
I made sure the correct springs were put on front and rear, and I preloaded the suspension before torquing the bolts to spec.
I'm on OEM AP1 wheels.
sorry about the crap quality pics:

after installing Eibachs F&R:
Is this what I should expect, or is something dodgy going on at the rear?
Thanks

Isn't that depressing? I remember putting skunk2 springs on my sentra, when i got the car down from the jack i was like uhhh.... All that work and no difference. 3 fingers in the rear is bad, and I know Eibachs are usually modest drops. I just put on Tein H-techs which are supposed to be the modest Teins but i cant get 1 finger in the back and maybe a half finger in the front. I have 18s so it def makes some harsh noises over bad road lol but i LOVE it.

Tien h techs it is for me.
I used to have that problem on another car. Couldn't figure it out. Several things. Bumper stops, way the springs are sitting, control arms or even alignment can make a diff.
Have you tried driving around and on level grounds?

i have tein s techs, dropped my car to a perfect ride height. 1 1/2 finger gap in back 1 finger in front. i love them. I cant wait to put more aggressive wheels on the car. would look sick
But dr.s2k, it almost sounds like you put the springs on backwards(front on back and back on front).

The Eibachs are definitely higher in the rear than the front. Think that sounds close to how mine were when I had just the springs. Maybe a little more gap in the rear than I had but can't remember.

Eibachs on stock shocks here. 1 finger gap in the front, about 1.75 in the rear and my fingers are small. The rears settled over a longer period on my car. Initially after the install, the rear was just over 2 finger gap.
Very happy with the look and the rake. Hope the front doesn't sag after a few years or else I'll need a fender roll. :-\

If I really jam my fingers in there, its 2 fingers up front and 3 fingers in the rear.
I did everything as it should have been done - preloaded suspension and triple checked to make sure the correct springs were on front and back.
Before and after pics added to first post.
It's definitely a lot lower in the front than the back, as my HID's are not projecting as far as they used to (need to adjust.)
I guess my only option is to wait and hope they settle.
