ECU resetting on its own?
A week ago, I got into my car and noticed that my stock radio had reset and was asking for the radio code. I punched it in and didn't really think anything of it.
Earlier today, I went for a short drive. As I was walking away from my car, I noticed that my car remote wasn't working when I tried to lock the door. I decided to deal with it later. I walked back to my car about about 45 minutes later and noticed again, my radio had been reset and required the code. There weren't any issues starting my car, it started up fine like it always does. As soon as I started driving though, I got that really low RPM idle that you experience for a few minutes after disconnecting your battery.
I checked my battery connection and they're on there tight, so that's not it.
Any idea on what could be causing this and what to check next?

3rd fuse down on the right hand side called "backup". It's located by the driver side kicker panel IIRC. If you remove that fuse the ecu will reset. So it might be blown. There is a thread about it, just Google and it should help you out even more
