dont have the helm...i have the blue s2000 one...the one the dealers have?

also one last thing...does the new ecu have to be in the car and hooked up to everything for the dealer to reprogram...i know this is a stupid question but i was just wondering if they could reprogram the keys to the ecu without it being installed in the car...

Maybe if you told us what you were attempting to do we could give some more useful help. At the moment, it almost sounds like you're trying to find out how to jack someone's S with a spare ECU

no i bought an 02-03 ecu...im trying to swap out my 00-01 ecu at the dealer...thats all...trying to get a few more hp

the blue one the dealers use is the helm service manual. yes the dealers will have to reprogram it for your keys to work with it, and yes it has to be in the car for them to do it.
