there's not much to it, 2 bolts on the bottom you take out, and also unplug all the harnesses going to it. then it just comes out

its under the driver side kick panel (panel left of the clutch pedal)

hmmm o really...i thought for 00-01's it was on the passenger side and for 02-03's its on the driver side...

whats this listed under in the s2000 manual...i was looking under ecu but cant find it...

on the '00 Helm Service Manual, how to remove it is on page 11-5, which is one of the first pages on the fuel and emissions chapter.
