Default Easy way to remove front compliance bushing bolt and nut?

These replacements are ridiculously expensive, any way to take them out without cutting them off? Trying to take the front lower arms off to do bushing replacement, but this compliance bushing nut on top and the 24mm bolt is ridiculous.

Your only option for a replacement bushing is the Mugen set, which cost more per pair than i paid for a Pair of LCA's(With bushings)
