Thanks guys, I know I´m silly but they treated my last car really bad and also stole a few parts. Snap off hub (and mounted the steering wheel again), top cover (rare on a Nissan), Nismo shift knob and killed the new clutch.

Didn´t have any pics to back it up and left as a loser that time. Wont happen again.

Out of all the crazy shit I've seen suggested in this thread, adjusting/locking the throttle cable seems like the best bet. Not obvious enough to be seen, and effective enough not to be circumvented on a whim.

Get a train horn installed and have it trigger by the vtec switch.

It will make him go deaf when it hits vtec

just unplug the v-tec solenoid wire. the check engine light will come on. the engine will still start and run good. if you disconnect the coolant temp sensor, there is a chance that the engine could get flooded over a period of time during short start and stops when getting moved around. zip tie a piece of something (like a foam block that gives a liitle) on the back side of the throttle pedal. this way there is still some throttle movement with out being able to go wide open throttle.

Sorry I didn't realize you're in Sweden-- may not have Lowes or Home Depot! Any hardware store should have the clamp. If not, a short piece of hard tubing (not rubber) the diameter of the black outer housing slipped over the throttle cable between the attachment point and the outercable would work also.
If you don't think 3000 RPMs is enough power, you can set it whereever you want.

Jet: I´ll pick it up in USA and will visit Lowes before that. I´m one of their best customers.

Haha, train horn is priceless. Will wire it to a relay, don´t want to fry the vtec wires.

There´s a lot of good ideas in this thread, will write a top 10 list later.

This would just result in the "deaf guy" dumping sand in the motor for revenge.

Another option is to wrap your air filter with duct tape so that it won't flow well enough to produce more than 50 HP.
