Today i changed the e-manage injection map a little and tested the car on the Autobahn.

At full throttle i have 13.0:1-13.5:1 till 7000 rpm;
From 7000-8000 i have 12.0:1-12.7:1;
From 8000-9000 i have 10.5:1-11.5:1

I think this rates are safe, right?

Yes, as i got the e-manage i switched back to stock FPR and 550cc injectors, but still used the Comptech-Walbro Fuel Pump.

But my current setting is: E-Manage, Comptech FMU, Comptech Fuel Pump and stock injectors. So far it is running great and it seems the stock injectors can handle it.

I did not know that the Comptech Fuel Pump will overpower the stock FPR

Never heard about the Walbro pump overpowering the stock regulator. Sideways was running a Walbro pump and stock regulator. It would be easy to check with a pressure gauge. I have my suspicions that it the pump won't overpower the regulator though.

Salaska, are you using the BC funtion in the Emanage or still using the comptech ESM?

I removed the ESM and use the BC function from the e-manage. Works perfect!

Setting is 2.9V

Today i made some further tuning. I have managed now to get an A/F Rate in the 12 range from 5000-8000 rpm's.

Till 8000 to 9000 rpm the A/F Rate goes down to 10.2:1 which is a little too rich it think.

I will removing some fuel at this position.

BTW: The stock injectors are at 92% duty cycle at 9000 RPM!
