Randy, you've got to go with the Mugen front bumper and definitely some wider tires and wheels to get the power to the ground.
Seriously, your car would be perfect with the Mugen bumper. I'd throw it in the plans. You've gone this far, might as well go all the way!
Oh and get some of docofmind's Wilwood big brakes up front to stop that bad boy!

Randy, hope you don't mind I may copy that look soon (hood and bumper anyway). I'm in AZ, though, so we should never run into each other .

jlangton,
actually performance wise not much, still with stock internals.
I have Spoon throttle body, custom air-air intercooler, Mugen SS2200 exaust, Today flywheel, ATS final gears in secondary transmission and Jet's ring pinion final gear change in differential.
turbo_pwr,
I heard from johev that you were in VA, I wanted to meet you and check out your ride but johev told me that you were already well on your way back to north.
But I am sure we will meet again sometime later since you are not that far away.
cjb80,
Not sure yet, I am still working on it to have the boost gauge installed.
Probably around 8-9psi.
No race gas, just the 93 octane pump gas(Exxon to be specific).
If I just find the way to deliver more fuel properly after VTEC, who knows what the final outcome would be. 360? 370? or more? I don't know, I hope the engine doesn't go kaboom.

Randy, you probably already know this, but to add to what people are saying about the V-AFC: it is a handy tool and will probably benefit you almost as much as the AEM would, but it's obvious that if increasing fuel pressure doesn't fix the lean condition in VTEC, any fuel management won't fix it- it's a flow problem. Bigger injectors are a must, though an AFC of AEM EMS would certainly help in tuning the larger injectors down the road.
I would suggest the AFC at this point, based on others' experience. The shop has probably already used them as well.
