I'm a puss, someone else is going to have to be the first to install the pistons/cams and show the dyno. I've already bought most of a turbo kit, just need intercooler and piping now. Thanks for all the insight guys.

I think he means physical detonation producing areas and
that would be hot spots that can cause pre-ignition.

Their parts are for "Racing Use Only", so I wouldn't expect much of a warranty simply because the parts are expected to be submitted to "extreme wear & tear". Only in the case where there is an obvious manufacturing defect would I expect them to provide warranty support/replacement of parts.

When you're tearing apart an engine and installing high compression pistons & aggressive cams, there's a fairly high probability that something is going to go wrong if you don't have an excellent installer and tuner. It would be difficult for Toda to provide a warranty to every schmuck that tries to just drop the parts in and then ends up grenading their engine.
