DYI: 2004 Heaadlight Conversion Brackets
The majority of people that have converted their S2000's with 2004 headlights, failed to post pics of the brackets needed to reuse the 00-03 ballasts.
While other took a plate of aluminum, cut it to shape, then bolted the ballast to the new plate, I simply made spacer brakets, which only took me an hour for both sides. i used thin aluminum strips and drilled holes in them.
I could not get the xenon bulb harness apart to fit through the headlight opening on the bottom, so I cut the wires and resoldered them.
I did not have any real cutting tools, so my brackets are very crude, but they do the job well, hold them in place securley, and if torqued correctly, allows proper sealing for the hole at the bottom of the headlight. I found it unnecessary to use sealant.
Hope this helps....
