dual rate question on kg/mm supersport springs

Default dual rate question on kg/mm supersport springs

So when do these springs kick in the higher spring rate as you're driving?

from what I understand, the higher rate is the normal spring rate, and the thinner coiled part is to absorb the minor bumps in the road, at least that's what I feel on my S...

don't get too caught up in the dual rate hype, most OEM springs made are dual rate...
