Guy I hope for your sake you only blew a fuse, never under any circumstances jump anything. If you have a warning light take the car to a reputable mechanic and have it checked.

Have you checked the fuses in the fuse box in the engine bay?

#46 = 15A = Datalink connector & PGM-F1 main relais.

That may be the one.
Or any of the other ones.
Don't ask me why I'm posting this!

Really thanks for your reply, i didnt get a CEL with the key in....the problem is the engine is igniting..sound just normal when you start the S, but the engine cannot start up.....

Is there another fuse related to the ECU/ECM that i can check of, other than the backup fuse under the dash?

Thank you for input guys...I know I shouldnt jump any electrical things under any circumstance...but stupidly i did it....have learned my lesson now......

so all the fuses and replies are good?
try swapping ecu with anther s2000?

I don't think he verified all fuses are in-tact. This should be your first step.

NO...i have not yet verified all the fuses as i am still figuring out which fuse to check...im check the back up fuse under the dash.. which fuse do you rekon to have a look? many thanks

bring your car to a repair shop, i can't believe people try to fix cars via the internet.

I just hope to diagnosis the problem by myself first to avoid unnecessary expense...i think i would called it 'stupid' when you have a problem and dont want to solve it by yourself first
