If i want to stiffen up the motor, and the complete tranny, what do i buy?

If you are qualified enough to do it yourself... you are smart enough to figure it out too.
Get yourself a service manual.
Helms make a good one.

It will introduce a lot more vibration.
And your shifter may even start to vibrate more, because the rest will be mounted firm.
A vibrating shifter wears out the bushings.. makes your shifting less accurate.. you will not win your race

IMO...
Get better tires and a more agressive allignment.. that should work.
