In my 2005 S2000, the key in the drivers door suddenly moves up and down when I put it in the lock. It is hard to get the key in, and I'm not always able to lock or unlock the door. I do not have automatic locks, so I want to fix it.

I see I can order a new lock mechanism online and replace it as many have done. I can't find the answer to my question online. Will I be able to use my existing car key to open the door, or will the lock come with a new key that I will have to add to the keychain? If not, can I get a new lock keyed to work with my existing key?
