OMG some one that actually did things logically and will prob come out ahead.
This is also coming from the same guy that bought a 2000 Buell Lightning X1, and spent $6,000 building the engine to only sell the bike for $3,000 two weeks after it was finished...
I have bought a lot of stupid things in my life, as I think a lot of people have. But the one thing I have learned for all of this is to not skimp on quality.
I use to have a 1980 corolla, lasted 350K miles before I sold it. Treated me great and from what I hear the new Prius is doing the same to people.
I will get another S in possibly a year or two, whenever school is up. I still need a money pit. Maybe with nothing to spend my extra cash on I can save it and pay cash for my next S.
Who knows..... only time will tell

HYBRIDS ARE SUCH A WASTE..... especially when that nice lil warranty is up which just so happens to be right before the $5,000-$7,000 dollar batteries must be replaced, boy I bet that'll put a value drop on the vehicle.
**Geo Metro 1.3L**
-55mpg standard
-Cost of car??? 2,000 dollars.
-FTMFW.
Not to mention, the hybrids really aren't good for the environment, the only people they are good for is the auto manufacturer. Paying 21k for something that does nothing a 2,000 dollar car do isn't a "wise investment" by any means, I'm sorry. keep the S and get a geo Metro.
