Does this sound like misfiring?

I took my car to the shop about a month ago because I thought the clutch was going out. It felt like it was slipping but figured the dealership could diagnose it and get it fixed. So I paid for a clutch replacement and the dealer also told me that they read some error codes for Random Misfires. I told them now to worry about it and I would deal with it myself (I really just wanted some time to do some research).
So I get the car back and immediately notice that my car still seems to slip or bog at very specific RPM ranges during acceleration. I get a stuttering/bogging/slipping feel under above average acceleration between 2k-3k and then I get a similar bogging/slipping at about 4-5k Rpm as well. Does this sound like my car is misfiring? After my clutch was replaced, I told them of this issue and the mechanic at Honda told me that was due to the misfire

Without the CEL code it is tough to say. It could be a bad MAP sensor, it could be the TPS (both of which have caused other owners to get a misfire).
If the MAP has never been changed, I would probably start with that and get the new version with the zip tie.

You might want to try the Map Whack, check the plugs to see if any are bad, and do a compression leakdown test to see if any of the cylinders are leaking and im willing to bet it will be cylinder 3 thats low thats causing random misfires and the periodic blinking of the CEL light.
