Default Does someone make bushings to tighten up shifter

When I use to run my Neon, there were poly bushings you could install that would tighten up the shifter quite abit, I was jus wondering if there is the same for the S2K. The shift is okay, but I like more positive and tighter shifts.

Neons have a linkage to the shifter which is attached to the transmission.

The S2000 linkage goes directly in to the transmission. There is one fulcrum bushing that you could replace, or you could get an Axial shortshifter and it comes with one.

Coming from a Neon, you think the S2000 is loose shifting? My friends Neon shifts like a baseball bat in a barrel of coconuts!!!!

Only if the short shifter makes you grind more.

A simple DIY is to put new/more grease in/on the fulcrum bushings to see if that makes it better.
It made mine shift smoother, with the old grease being hardened (after 6 years)
Don't forget the little fulcrum bushing at the bottom end.
