I think it's fine man, I just picked up another s2k (04 with 50k) and mine sounds like yours, I am sure a valve adjustment wouldnt hurt me but dont think its terribly important. F20/F22's are known for having allot of drivetrain noise. Here is a video of mine, it sounds about like yours.
