Ethylene Glycol is 100% water soluable as it is a a cold temperature hydroxl reaction to convert Ethylene to ethylene glycol. While propylene either needs to react with permanganate ion or osmium tetroxide to form propylene glycol. So unless you want a radiator filled with cis-1,2 cyclopentanediol you better stick with Ethylene based coolant.

Don't know where you got the thread but I stand by the chemistry involved. PG is not miscible with water. A trip to Pep Boys found NO propylene glycol? I could be wrong but chemistry and physics are two consatnts I'm comfortable with.
