Does anyone know what this clicking from the rear is? (video)

It started over the summer with just a couple pops when turning left sharply. Gradually it has become worse and is now a fast-paced clicking/popping/creaking sound when i make left turns, in and out of gear. It sounds like it is coming from the passenger side. I have tried a different hub and axle with no improvement. I greased the new axle (splines and nut face) and retorqued to at least 250lbs too, so i dont think its the axle nut. It doesn't happen when i am going straight. Sometimes it makes a single pop when it is parked as well.
EDIT: This video has better sound. I actually think I may have a bad hub replacement. Is this what damaged wheel bearing races sound like from inadequate axle nut torque?

That sounds pretty bad, but also the audio is a bit amplified due to the recording. Almost makes me think a lose caliper bracket bolt is causing the caliper move ever so slightly to scrape the rotor maybe?? My next guess would be the wheel bearing...
