^^^ What? A IS350 is more aerodynamic than the S2000? You sure?
Ummm ... yes. Roadsters are not aerodynamic at all, especially "safe" roadsters. Honda designed the S2000 with a VERY upright windshield to provide roleover protection. The nearly perpendicular windshield acts like a wind break, espeically with the top down.

Ah, so 33 MPG at 55 MPH then? That's not that impressive.
65-70. From what ive seen, this seems to be the average on american highways. Im pretty certain I could do even better than 33 by using cruise control and not having as much payload

what is your highway mileage going 65-70?

Top up average 75 mph around 3,800 rpms ish to work. Never replaced the O2 sensor, never got a CEL for it. I might try just slowing down, who wants to get to work in such a hurry anyway

If I go to a 02/03 ECU do I need a re-key etc or does it just PnP?
I was wondering the same thing about if I got a 02-03 ECU do I need to do anything special.

I do city and highway driving if I am nice to the car I get about 300 Miles Per Tank.

If I got a Greddy Emanage I wonder if I could tune it correctly to get better MPG

I don't drive many miles on the highway, so I don't really know what my mileage is for 65-70. However, I did perform a controlled test at 60 MPH (cruise control set by GPS), and got 35.x MPG.

The IS350 has a taller grill though. Show proof please

When my wife drove my '02 S2000 down to Texas from PA, behind the Uhaul at about 55 mph on the downhill, we got about 36 mpg, calculated using the iphone app.

I think the 02-03 map is leaner at WOT. Last year at ginerman, I got ~10mpg. This year, it skyrocketed to 12.6mpg!! Great success!!

The highway/around town cruise mileage is around the same. Maybe 1mpg higher to since I floor it a lot.

Usually average around 20-23mpg around town with either ecu.

23-29mpg for straight highway cruise with either ecu.
