just use your spare tire jack, then raise the front a little bit on one side so you can slide your jack under the front jack point. same thing can be done on the rear. and then for lowering, just lower the jack to the raised spare tire jack level, then pull out your hydraulic jack then final lowering via spare jack. its super easy and quite effective.
