Do you get a CEL if you install the T1r testpipes?


I hear some test pipes don't throw codes at all.

If no means are taken to fool the PCM that a convertor is installed all test pipes will cause DTC's.

Either an electronic or mechanical 02 simulator is required.

Some test pipes have a extended 02 sensor mount as a built in mechanical simulator, some also work better than others.

my t1r with spark plug fouler(o2 simulator) is working fine with no cell

yeah i have the anti foulers on my t1r tp and no cel.

Berk has a built in one correct?

^^^yea but some members have reported that they still get the cell....so just to be on the safe side get the anitfouler with it...

Well my T1r came with one. installed the test pipe and sparrow toda.y No cel's!!!


And it sounds AWESOME!
