Default Do I need to replace my suspension?

I own a 2000 AP1 with about 66k miles. The suspension is completely stock and original. I personally have participated in 6 track days with car -- no idea about the previous owner. The car just feels like it has lost some of its motion control -- and I think I may need to replace the suspension. What do you guys think? What is the rule of thumb for AP1s?

if i were u i would check to see if the strut is blown or not (leaking oil around the seal) and if they look look then check the suspenion bushing and sway bar bushing. if every thing looks good then u're probly fine but if u are gonna track your car get a nice set of dampers. good luck

btw: i have a set of JIC magic 15 way adjustible damper for sale. LMK if u are intersted.
