Default Do I need a new passenger Actuator?

Hey everyone I need your help. My passenger door doesnt lock/unlock at all using the remote (yes, I did push the unlock button multiple times) or even holding the key on the driver door for a few seconds to unlock the passenger door. I tried doing the Passenger door unlock trick but it still isnt working... I've done some searching on here but nothing close to my problem. BTW I did buy this car a few days ago and its a 2000. Thanks in advance and hopefully someone can help or even what I need to test next.
