Yup, I just fixed the exact same issue. I thought my clutch was going because it wouldn't engage until I was completely lifted off the clutch and it wasn't like that for as long as I can remember. I flushed the fluid and when I went to adjust the clutch pedal noticed a tiny bit of fluid leaking from there. Seals going bad I guess.

Edit: Billman, just read your post. Man you saved me a lot of hassle and probably a few hundred bucks lol.

Keep in mind, 95% of s2k clutch master cylinders leak. Chaging the master would be pointless.

I find changing the fluid every 5k miles or so is extremely beneficial. You don't even need to bleed it. Just suck out the res, clean it out with paper towels, and fill it back up.

The leak will stop, and the car will shift better. This has proven on hundreds of s2ks over the years.
This is true...

I just suck out the res and refill it. It got low once and refilled it, and it has not gone down again. Shifting is improved too

This fixed mine... I thought I was going to need a new clutch... checked the reservoir and it was empty. added fluid and bled the system... feels like new and saved about 1000 bucks
