Default do i need to drop the sub frame

as the title says, just wondering if i can get around dropping the sub frame?

i got the motor and tranny out together with out removing it. i did have to take the ac pump off. or am i just asking for more trouble by doing it this way?

i have a car hoist/ llift

If you got it out in one piece... then it should be able to get back in in one piece.

you have an engine hoist and a car lift?
