Default Do I have a sorched cyl wall?

I've been having a misfire issue. First it was the ignition coil. Fixed it and it ran fantastic. Then I was throwing oil onto my hood. Replaced valve cover gasket and seal on vtec solenoid. Stopped leaking oil. Now it has the slightest miss, it barley hiccups at idle occasionally. Also, it will hesitate and almost limp mode (the fuel cut rev limit sound) for a split second randomly at about 1.5-2.5k rpm very seldom. Pulled the plugs tonight. Cyl 4 and 3 had oil on the ignition coil itself. Cyl 3 plug looked as if someone dropped it in a full oil pan and handed it to me when pulled. Car is a MY00', throwing no codes other than the one for my post o2, which is fried and I know this. Car otherwise drives perfect 99% of the time.

Replace the plugs first, you may need to get new spark plug tube seals, while the valve cover is off check the valve clearance, if the valves are tight it can cause an occasional miss. Get it checked out because an overly tight valve can burn itself, especially if you sit and idle for extended periods. When you're driving and the revs are up it's fine because of valve overlap, but at idle when there is no overlap and cylinder temperatures are highest, the flames travel up the face of the slightly open valve and burn it. This can cause problems with valve seating especially at idle, and will not show up under a leak down or compression test.

The only thing I can think of off the top of my head would be bad spark plug tube seals or they're not seating correctly. Just my opinion and I'm not too familiar with the s2000 just yet. Hope it helps.

Fix your o2 sensor and monitor the oil on the 3,4 plugs. It's possible oil buildup leaking from the o ring VC gaskets it collected down where the top of the plug sits. Also verify your 4 round VC gaskets are oriented properly and not pushed out. also check your valve adj. common for misfires

Replaced o2. Refit new spark plug tube seals. Throwing code P0411 currently. Small miss is still there. Hard to notice though.
