Odds are all the OP needs is alignment on the shaft (both bolts on the coupler need to be loose to get it right).
i only removed one end completely, towards the rack.
i put it in one way, the steering is off to the right. i move one notch over, the steering is a little to the left.
even with six bolts, all of the hole are bigger than the bolt. i think there's enough play there to effect alignment, not toe but will shift camber. i'll just have to get it realign and verify this.

i took it to a local jr college with the car stand and still had problems. That tranny weights a ton. Remember to remove that fork, and dont take any short cuts. Either you lower the sub frame to take the tranny out, the whole motor. The tranny fits perfectly on the spot. Good luck.

i did mine at home without issus, biggest problem was the act clutch from prostreet i got had nothing, no alighment tool, bearings, nothing, just the disc and plate, ****ing sucked.. so i had to make my own aligment tool and then use the hdryluc clutch line to push the disc loose to put the case back on.. pita, but nothing to nuts
