spets, but where is the bleeder valve ? a picture of that will help and how do you exactly bleed the air out ? thanks

If you need to ask that than this is not a DIY. Especially when dealing with brakes.

Look at the picture up a few post. It has the hose coming off, thats it.

This writeup is already really straight forward. If you can't figure it out from there you probably at least need someone that knows what they're doing with you. Brakes are sort of important.

Can I use the Super blue for the clutch also?

And the gravity method is used for the clutch too right?

clutch:
-open valve
-bleed down the reservior
-close valve
-fill reservior
-repeat until I see clean fluid

correct?

Its not hard at all, but if you are not comfortable then yea let a shop do it. But, if you are in CA I'm sure there are more then a few members locally that could help and show you.
