having worked at a dealership about 10 years ago when there would be stolen S2000 seat threads almost everyday, be prepared to shell out couple grand. OEM seats are pieced together. Parts department would order all individual components of seat, and we would have to build them before installing into cars. Thats huge reason why S2000's that have had their seats stolen and softtop slashed, ended up having salvage titles afterwards. You're better off just buying a set of 2nd hand mint condition seats and keep those as back set.

I would look into a pair of JDM RHD seats which would mean you would have a pretty mint passenger seat to replace your current driver's seat. Prices are reasonable compared to new. Good luck.
