Disconnect battery during winter storage?
Just wondering how many of you unhook battery during the winter ? Good idea or not? Have other vehicles much less valuable for winter transport so not gonna risk the S as snowmobile!

Mine is a winter driver, so I don't do this with the S, but in the past, I've done both. Some years, I'd disconnect the negative terminal. I had a heated garage so I just left the battery in the car. But if you don't have a heated garage, you might be wise to bring it inside and place it on a piece of wood or carpet (as opposed to putting it directly on concrete). Other years, I put a "smart charger" on it and just forgot about it.
I know that Honda motorcyles that have fuel injection, states that it's prefered to use a smart charger anytime the bike is not used for more than two weeks. However, those are very small batteries as opposed to our bigger ones. But I think you see where Honda stands on this point.
