Mike, you may lack experience, but you're strong on theory, so I'd like to know if you have any idea what might be behind this kind of thing. What do you think?
Luck.

Luck.
I almost said, "That's no answer!," but then I realized that it might be a much better answer than it had seemed at first. Almost everyone I know gives me flack about what they call my "amazing karma," and I do seem to have exceptional luck with most of my cars.

I know cars vary, but it's really odd that I always seem to get the good ones (with a couple notable exceptions).

A new PCV valve costs about $15.

A new dipstick costs about $15.

The Krank Vents cost $110.

Which one should you start with in order to try and solve the issue?
I have done all of those steps and the stick is poping out and the oil is spread all around on the engine bay.

Checked the Krank vent position and it is right

I have a Comptech SC.

what else?

My dip stick pops out past the 1st O-ring gasket occassionally. I have installed a new pcv and krank vents. The vents were installed correctly but I now suspect that my O-ring gaskets might be worn due to checking my oil frequently and that might be the current cause of my dip stick issue. I would be open to other comments on this.

That one worked 100% for me. The O-rings get a little greasy and the heat reduces the flexibility of the rubber. My dipstick is 180 degrees and I'll buy a new one when that fails to work.
