Shouldn't the OEM crankcase ventilation system have enough "exit" to prevent this from happening?
Search and you'll find posts about putting the dipstick in turned 180 degrees (not upside down )
That way it is more wedged in.
Check the 2 o-rings (mine are green).

This happened to me with my Prelude, and I ended up going through lots of oil, before finally coming to the conclusion that I had collapsed rings. I got it all tore down and had more than just collapsed rings, I had broken rings, and missing rings, and burnt ring lands... I hope this isn't your fate, but just giving you my own experience. Run a compression chech. That will tell you a lot.
