T.O. bearing requires removal of tranny. Release fork can be accessed and greased by removing only the slave cylinder.

I have a feeling it's the t.o. bearing. Sitting at a couple lights this AM I tried pumping the clutch in neutral obviously

It felt much better after doing that. It eventually went back to how it felt after 10-15min.

Just to get an idea or picture in your head. It feels like the car is being held back right after I push the clutch in. Almost like I'm trying to coast through some sand. When it releases either by the amount of time the clutch is down or if I blip the throttle it feels like I change from sand to pavement.
