Hey everyone i took a hit in the curb yesterday destroying my wheel, the rear knuckle is snapped that is attached to the upper control arm, the Toe Control Arm is bent, and the axle is broken.

I have ordered new parts but today we realized that the Different Shaft Output (part that connects to the axle, it is now accessible because we took the axle off) is not spinning evenly, or it seems to be a touch unbalanced when its rotating...but nothing DRASTIC, its pretty minor. I was considering taking the other sides axle off to see if it rotates the same way. we dont hear any noise so far, but theres no stress on it as its up in the air...

Since you have everything apart,why not just replace it? Or have it checked out by a machine shop? From what you are describing of the damages so far,i wouldn't doubt that part got damaged too.

If your say it doesnt turn consistantly smooth in the dif, its normal. Sticky LSD unit.
