differential removal
hello;
i have been trying to remove the differential i'm stuck on the bolts from the axle, they are really tight, because it seems like the guy that installed my gears tightened really hard. i have stripped one bolt, how may i break it loose?

You mean the bolts that connect the axle to the diff side flanges? Are you using a quick, snappy motion instead of gradual torque? applying gradual torque may cause them to strip. Lastly, try using a long wrench instead of a socket on them...

i took off the 14 bolts that holds both axles. now the following questions are...
how do the axles come off if when i try to pull it it won't come off?
there are four bolts holding the fron part of the differential how do you take those off i tried,but it think i'm using the right tool now...

for breaking torque, i used a mallet on a breaker bar, a few hard smacks cracks them loose. the hardest thing i had was the 6mm allen headed screws, i had to cut the heads off, afterwards, they came out easily by hand.

i was reading topics about the removal and it says that it might now be necessary to take out ball joint in order for the axles to come off.
my main concern is the four 17mm bolts that i have to take off that are connected to the bracket that holds that differential. what is the best tool to use for them, because i can't get them loose

you will need to pop the lower ball joints off in order to slide the axles out of the diff. You will need a VERY strong impact to take out the two 17mm head bolts on the front diff mounts that are exposed. Water/Salt/Two kinds of metals has basically corroded that part and the theads will most likely not be usable anymore. I ended up having to drill the holes out and used a longer bolt and w/ a nut on the back. The two front diff mount bolts that are not exposed should be removable with a breaker bar. Just use plenty of WD-40 on all 4
