use some rust penetrant and let it sit for a while. whack it w/ a dead blow hammer then repeat. I also used a mini butane torch to heat the axle end (not the whole hub assembly) to give it a few heat cycles. It finally broke loose.

Just got back from the garage. Propane torch did the trick. Came loose like butter. Thanks for the help ya'll.
Now how do I get the ball joint castle nut back on when the ball joint is spinning with the nut?

Thats actually what I was thinking. Don't have the axle yet but I will try that and hopefully it will work. Thanks a lot for the help hecash!
